For over a decade, Shayla has devoted her life to advancing these causes—building programs that serve individuals on the autistic spectrum, underprivileged women, and children in need of education and nutrition. Her work has made her an esteemed figure within the community, where she is often invited to speak on panels, community forums, and cultural events about autism awareness, women’s empowerment, and social inclusion.
